jwilbt 0 #1 Posted August 25, 2010 I was wondering if anyone has enough file data to create a 'compare' between these two model tractors. I've read through all the posts I can find regarding this subject and I know many parts are interchangeable through a large range of years, and I've seen some of the PDF files posted here and elsewhere that show some of the interchangeability of attachments and accessories but I haven't found a complete list of part numbers. I have a C175 I bought before I recently picked up the C195. It's a good running tractor and has no major issues but before I advertise it here, and then possibly on C/L, I wanted to try to better understand what it might be worth in parts as it could also be a good source of repair parts for my C195. Obviously, many of the parts 'look' alike between these two tractors but I have no real means to know for sure and wondered if there are top numbers assemblies that blow down into detail p/n lists. I realize I'm probably asking for something that only exists in a perfect world but I thought I'd ask anyway. The C175 is in real decent shape and deserves to just be used; I wouldn't consider parting it if it weren't for the possibility of getting a bunch of parts for the C195. Thanks! stoneman 10 #2 Posted August 25, 2010 You can go to sepw.com. Right column in red "click here to begin". Next page click "parts lookup". Next page you will see at the top left "Model", and just below that a drop window that says briggs & stratton. First click "Model", then when the page comes up again, click the drop window where it says "briggs & stratton, and go down to Toro consumer products. Then you can simply enter your model numbers and view complete assembly drawings, with each part listed. You can then select the part, find out how much it is if it's still available. You can then record part numbers, and view other tractors to see what is interchangeable. Hope this helps.
jwilbt 0 #3 Posted August 25, 2010 Thanks stoneman. You pointed me at this site before and I've had luck with other model numbers but I don't seem to be able to get anything on either top model number, for either tractor. I've tried the FULL model numbers, with and without the spaces and dashes. I must be doing something wrong?

I've tried the FULL model numbers, with and without the spaces and dashes. I must be doing something wrong? when you get to the place that you put in your model number, just put in c-175 or c-195. I tried them both and they both come up. if you have trouble pm me and i can give you my ph. #. :)
