first_of_many 0 #1 Posted August 25, 2010 I need to know the factory settings for the h60 on Lawn Ranger. I replaced the points and condensor and now I have been playing with the settings and cant get right. Is there factory settings for this engine to use as a starting point? Buzz 502 #2 Posted August 25, 2010 According to Docwheelhorse you should replace it with a Kohler but since your keeping the Tecumseh I always start out with the high speed (bottom of bowl) 1 1/2 turns and low speed (on side above bowl) 3/4 turn and go from there. first_of_many 0 #4 Posted August 25, 2010 Ok thanks I will try when I get home, You are right about these things being sensitive 1/8 turn the wrong way and the thing will die and not start.
