Shuboxlover 481 #1 Posted August 24, 2010 Just got home with this girl.....can't wait to see if it runs or not. PO said it ran good when he parked it 6-7 years ago under some pine trees He said he stopped using it because the PTO was giving him fits. The blade is obviously homemade (don't need that now anyway) the deck & the tiller are in really good solid shape, just needs painted. The tractor has a 16HP single Kohler, 3 point, rear PTO, and a set of tire chains for the lugs. I may have paid too much for it though..... $100, what do you guys think? wh79d160 52 #14 Posted August 24, 2010 Great deal, I gave $250 for my D180 for the same package w/1 new rear bar lug tire (never mounted) & 1 new front tire & rim (never used because it is a 1" & the tractor is a 3/4 front spindle)
wh79d160 52 #15 Posted August 24, 2010 Looks just like my 74 D160 except my frame is cracked & the mule drive insert is punched out which I think means it was probably a loader tractor @ some point. What's holding those headlamps in? I don't see the grommets.

Brrly1 1,146 #24 Posted August 27, 2010 Randy, you hit it dead on the head, Go "Big Red Wheel Horse". I think the other big red is going to have some learnin' to do. Big Ten Style they ain't nothing like the little twelve thats why they are tryin to move a notch. Miracles don't happen overnight. Let the Games Begin. Just a little over a week. Just can't wait. watching the Big ten update as we speak. Iowa is looking tough Go Hawkeyes!!! See Ya, Bye Burly Sorry Shuboxlover, You had to know that I would have something to say. Good Luck this year. Do you think you'll beat ISU this year?
