Gene_S 93 #6 Posted August 24, 2010 Chevy030303, You need to torque the connecting rod bolts to 140 "inch" pounds. The head bolts torque is 15-20 "foot" pounds. Make sure when you put the connecting rod in the motor to have the oil hole on the connecting rod towards the cam. Good luck. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
