Tail lights

Hi all, i need a bit of help, will GT14 tail lights fit a c141 with out drilling more holes? :)

Not sure about GT lights, but I know marker lights over here made for semi's fit but you have to drill a hole in the back of the light to run the wire through as it don't line up with the fender hole, here they can be had for about $4 each, and are very very close to a match for the orig lights they came with.

not the best picture but here are marker lights on a C series fender pan, it is the newer C with the tank under the fender they have two tail lights, or reflectors, most don't have lights.
