Wheel Horse Dirt Racer

Recommended Posts

Docwheelhorse

Hi All,

a friend of mine snapped this pic at a lawn mower race. I don't know where he was or who the guy is. Just thought it was neat to see a clean 'horse racing in the dirt and appearing to be leadng the pack (As Always!!!! :) )

My dad raced midgets back in the Thirties running an air-cooled twin

sporting the number 3. Brings me back. Thanks.

They have had these races at the Terryville Fair for the past few years and I have seen quite a few horses there!

If you look at the license plate on the light tower to the right, it looks like it's European or somewhere overseas. Very cool though.
