slufoot733 70 #1 Posted August 15, 2010 Does anyone have a source for an electric fuel pump to replace the mechanical pump on a Kohler K321 14hp engine. A new mechanical pump is over $100. I have repaired the old pump but I don't think it will last. Any help is appreciated. Kevin
TT-(Moderator) 1,162 #2 Posted August 15, 2010 Some guys will argue with me, but switching to a modern vacuum fuel pump is easier and probably cheaper. Make a block off plate for the current fuel pump opening using a gasket as a template, drill and install a vacuum fitting in the center, mount the new pump, hook the lines up & you're done. No wires, no worries, and - best of all - they even work on tractors that don't have batteries. LINK to fuel pump
