rustynut 4 #1 Posted July 15, 2010 well i bought that mower deck off of fabricator(ken) . thank you ken. its a 32 inch. im tryin to put it on my b-80 and ive got everything hooked uo but i had to run back and forth to find the right size belt- that was a pain. now i relized i dont have a live rod to lift the mower deck wiht so i bought some 3/8 rod and i heated it up and tried to bend it adn it keep breakin ive cut three peices of rod and broke all three. Forest Road 594 #3 Posted July 15, 2010 I'm guessing you're using a propane torch? If that's the only heat source you have go buy a can of Mapp gas. The cylinder looks identical to a propane cyinder but is yellow. It creates a lot more heat. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
