nitnoc420 0 #1 Posted July 10, 2010 About a month ago i bought a 1997 wheel horse 520h with low hours i didn't have a mower deck. so i used the tractor for pushing junk around leveling yard until i found a deck.. A 60" its off a 88 or 89 but it fits and is a beautiful deck other than little surface rust any way put it on and put new belts on deck all ready to cut grass push the lever down and nothing it doesen't work i don't know what is going on maybe the PTO pully is not grabbing do i need a new one maybe any help would be great thanks Tim Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
