Interesting story...

35 years ago, before alot of you guys were born :D , I was mowing my yard where I grew up in Bloomingburg, Ohio with a C-160 8-Speed and a 48" deck. Well, today, I was mowing the same yard and realized, I was now mowing the same yard with a C-161 8-Speed and a 48" deck. It is just typical of the Wheel Horse tractor, it is always dependable no matter how many years ago it was that you first mowed with one! The C-160 was I believe a 1976 model and the C-161 is a 1979 model so that is dependability!!!

I just wish I had a dollar for every time I mowed that yard for the last 42 years!

OK...I am done bragging.... :D

My 33 year old B-100 has never failed me. I am the second owner, and have only had her since 1993. I have at times abused and mistreated her, but she still works as she was intended.

I wish I could still move like a couple of my 1962's...but then they are 13 years younger than I am. Damn kids.

I remember 35 years ago quite vividly, it wasn't all that long ago, and yes, I wish I could still work like the old Wheel Horses.
