linen beige 15 #2 Posted July 4, 2010 The serial number on the 702s were along the top of the shift pattern decals. These were affixed to the hood supports. They don't really "break down" like the later numbers. They're just sequential. If it is a 702 the serial number should start with 62 and be followed by a dash ( - ) and most likely four more digits.
