My first Wheel Horse a 1056 with plow and deck, picked it up for 350.00. Not sure if thats a deal or not? Runs great plow is in great shape, deck not so hot but I think I can patch it up enough to use. I just need to know how to mount it on the tractor? the guy I got it from never used it he only used the plow for the snow, so any help on how to mount it?? Thanks for any advice. I love this thing already!!

Just trying to figure the site out. pics of first horse. The deck is pretty rough and would like to find a better one, is it very hard to mount a newer deck and if its possible any suggestions of what models would work? 010.jpg007.jpg011.jpg008.jpg009.jpg

Nice 1056! Yes it is possible to mount a newer style deck (tach a matic style) on your tractor, I did it on my 1057. This gives you the flexibility to use decks from 1973 and newer.

There are some excellent threads in the archives on how to do it, ya have to use the search feature at the top of the page. Good luck
