Looking for my mower deck model number

I am hoping someone can give me the model number of my deck. It is a 42" that I got to use on my C121. Here are some pictures to help identify. The clutch was slipping some so I took off the deck and the center spindle would move up and down so I took it apart and the key way is messed up. Here are the pictures, Thanks Chris.

Sorry if the pictures are not great. I had to use my cell phone as my batteries were dead. I better start charging before Friday morning.

Although this might not be 100% correct, 05-42MS02 should work to get you some part numbers.

(The illustrations you'll see if you look it up online might not match exactly either. They tend to use a universal picture with some of these mowers.)
