Craig Arndt 6 #1 Posted March 26, 2008 I posted this on MTF, but I must say I've watched it a bunch of times, each time my smile gets bigger. This was taped yesterday after my 7 year old son wanted so badly to push a little snow. We did use high gear once, but reverse proved a little too fast for him, so we went back to low. He did a great job and he already can't wait for some snow to fall.

Sparky-(Admin) 23,170 #3 Posted March 26, 2008 My son is 13 now and isnt as interested in tractors as much as when he was younger, but the one part of tractoring he still enjoys is sno-plowin. He has his own tractor with a 42" plow. The look of concentration on your sons face tells me he'll be a great tractor operator. Great video ! Mike............ Rollerman 290 #4 Posted March 26, 2008 Thats a great vid Craig. Good to see your teaching your son. My dad taught me on the old 401. I tried teaching mine too....but he was watching speedvision I think before. Went right for 3rd gear....good thing those blades trip!
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,610 #5 Posted March 26, 2008 I saw this over on MTF and I watched it twice. It's what I like seeing, a dad teaching his son the finer points in life, Wheel Horses and plowing snow. Nice video for sure.
WheelHorse_of_course 99 #6 Posted March 26, 2008 I learned to drive on a Suburban 550 just as soon as I could push the pedal down.

kpinnc 14,652 #8 Posted March 26, 2008 Awesome stuff Craig! My daughter used to drive my WH all the time, before she could even reach the pedals! She still likes them, but it probably won't last much longer. Keep letting him drive it! You'll thank yourself later. Kevin
