Old style 36 inch side discharge spindles

Hey Folks,

This deck has no part number, plus some modifications have been done to it .

This has the dual-D shaft top and bottom and are made out of aluminum or magnesium or what have you.

At the top is an easily replaceable ball bearing. At the bottom is a needle/roller bearing. These are 3/4" ID and 1" OD.

However I need to be able to use the deck until the roller bearings arrive. The choices I have for the bearing is 3/4 or 1/2 length.

Does anyone know the length of these bearings so I can minimize my down time?

I love this type of spindle and have rebuilt several over the years. But I never wrote down the details...

I would like to buy/swap one or two more of these. Worn out out is ok, but it needs to have the shaft with the double D top and bottom and the housing needs to have 4 intact mounting hols.
