blaster 0 #1 Posted May 19, 2010 Hi folks, Is there supposed to be shims behind the starter on my k181? I could have sworn there were two thin washers between the block and the mount. I put it on with washers and the pinion gear looked like it lined up good but when I started it it stuck and took about half the teeth off the pinion I don't want to have a repeat with my new starter. thanks....Glenn Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
