Help with wiring on Commando 7 Recoil Starter

Hi Folks,

I have decided to try and get my Commando 7 with a Kohler K161 recoil start engine running. What should I be doing in the way of wiring? as at the moment it only has one wire coming out from behind the front flywheel cover which is not connected to anything, with no other wiring on the tractor - so am a bit confused!

Any help is appreciated.
