Is there a difference in a 60" deck's mule drive

Is it true the the 60" mower deck for a 520 uses a different mule drive and if so, do you have to get a different mule drive or can you update the regular mule drive. Does anyone know the part numbers if they can be changed..

I just monted my 60" last weekend using that drive, still don't understand the real reason behind it. Zieg72 said it cuts down on the belts gettin chewed up.

If I wouldn't have found mine on the shelf I wouldn't have know and used the regular one instead. Then I would have found out would have happened.
