firemart 0 #1 Posted May 1, 2010 I did some thinking last night. I am so close to getting my C-120 going with the help of the members here. I know most of you have several nice tractors, many of them being newer, better-looking Wheel Horses. Now, for the crazy thought: Do you think I could ever find anyone who would do some trading with cash on my part and my C-120 for a newer WH? I know I'll get flamed, and this isn't meant as a for-sale ad. I am just looking for advice or opinions from folks I trust.

buckeye 5 #4 Posted May 1, 2010 If i put that much sweat in that tractor as you have, I would be DAMNED if i were to let that machine get the best of me. If you cannot get this one going, what are you going do when the next one breaks down? DONT GIVE UP!!! :D
WheelHorse_of_course 99 #5 Posted May 2, 2010 Firemart Glad to see you are thinking outside the box. Just so you know, you don't necessarily need a newer machine, but you need one that is mechanically sound. Your best bet would be to find unit that has been mechanically worked over, but doesn't have perfectly restored paint job etc. Now that you have heard your engine run it is probably worth almost as much as the whole tractor. I would go ahead and put a wanted and swap adds in the classified section and see what comes your way. Best of luck :D

Duff 206 #13 Posted May 5, 2010 Man, that thing is a BEAST!!!!! EZ, what's the assembly sticking out from the rear axle? Looks like one of those thingies the Romans used on their chariots to rip the wheels off enemy carts! Is it for "Tractor Wars"? Duff :USA:
jpmcleod 4 #14 Posted May 5, 2010 I hope whoever buys the thing gives it a good bath and post a pic of it clean. I also hope Firemark keeps his word and sells it to a member.
