tgranthamfd 29 #1 Posted May 1, 2010 Well I nothing better to do today, so I lightly tilled the corner of my yard that only grows dirt and rocks. Yes I had a supervisor / helper. Her name is Katie, she is a 3 year old German Shorthair Pointer. She watched me, while tilling, to make sure I didn't mess up and watched the neighborhood while I was taking pictures, so nobody would get me. Don't know what I would do without her. P.S. she hunts birds too. here ya go, thanks for looking. Here is Miss Katie. This is my setup.
Operator 7 #2 Posted May 1, 2010 Is she bashful? Doesn't want to look at camera. Those tillers do a nice job huh? Randy

Prater 76 #7 Posted May 4, 2010 Terry, How fast did you run to get shallow? I am going to bring dads over to the house and do the whole front yard. It will be about 1/2 of an acre planted with Kentucky 31 Fescue. Glad you are getting good use out of the tiller. now if i could get my other projects done and get on the D180... Steven, I ran in low 1 the ground was very very hard and compacted, I went over it 3 times at a 90 each time. Just dropped it and let it do its thing. I could have went 3 to 4 inches deeper, but I didn't need it that deep. If your hitch set is like mine, It was on the second link from the end and in the middle hole on the lift plate. And I hear ya on the other projects, I'll try to get your fenders and tool box cookin this weekend.
