C-165 Auto Creeping When Brake is on

Can any one tell me how to adjust an automatic Eaton 1100 to keep it fron creeping backwards when the brake is on? These transmissions go to neutral when you apply the brake :omg:

The adjustment is under seat,loosen lock and turn cam slightly ,Rick
