Where's a good place to buy oil and hydro filters at a good price?Do they need to be OEM?I also need a hydro arm that holds seat up to fill gas tank and gas tank cap with built in fuel gage.Thanks.

I would try your local Toro dealer first. I was surprised to find the filters were cheaper at the dealer than the guys that sell them on eBay.

If you don't have a dealer nearby, try your local NAPA for the filters or partstree.com. They'll have everything. They ship fast and their prices aren't bad, you have to pay shipping though.

If you have the Toro part number for both, call your local NAPA dealer to cross reference them and give you prices. Even if they don't have them in stock then can usually get them within a day or so and NO shipping cost. Here in NJ if you order them before 11am, and the warehouse has them, you can pick them up at the store after 3pm. :D Not all NAPA stores might be that accomodating.
