Miles 1 #1 Posted April 24, 2010 Need some input from the profesionals here. I was wondering perhaps if anyone here can tell me what gauge metal was used in making the old 36" decks. I am planning on reworking my deck which has some rust holes in and would like to patch it. I went by Trator Supply today but wasn't sure what gauge of flat sheet stock to purchase. Up front where the front roller wheel mounts to the deck is rusted out as well. I thought I might mention the front wheel due to the fact that it would need a little heaver gauge metal due to the abuse it gets from rolling across the ground. The deck I'm working on is an RM-366 model. I'm planing on using my mig welder to weld in the patch panels. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
