44inch two stage snowblower

Can you use a 44inch two stage snowblower on a 314-8?

Yes it will fit and work but two things, one if you get alot of snow to really need a two stage you might be under powered, but if you don't get tons of snow at one time you should be ok, second you might want hyd. lift they are not light, I've heard they have a diff lift set up that make it easier to lift but I know a single stage is about all I want to lift up and down all day, I mounted my single on my 520 now I just lift a little lever with the hyd. lift.

I got my 44 2 stage in a package witha a 312H. I am sure it worked it but it can be done. I havn't lifted one with a manual lift but I am sure it will give you a workout.

If you find that you can't or don't want to use the 44" on your 314, I would be glad to trade you for a 42" :D
