v65animal 0 #1 Posted April 18, 2010 I'm ordering the deck reinforcing plate for this deck and want to order 2 wheels and 1 roller at the same time. I'm not having any luck. I found 4 different rollers, not sure which one if any: http://www.mowpart.com/advanced_search_res....x=0&search.y=0 I found these Toro wheels, but it doesn't mention the size. http://www.mowpart.com/p553281/-Heavy-duty...oduct_info.html Thanks, Sam

tarcoleo 119 #3 Posted April 18, 2010 Sam- I have re-equipped my 42 and 48 in. decks with wheels and wheel/rollers from- http://www.mandmsupply.com/ They offer a wide variety of rubber, phenolic and urethane wheels with roller bearings in virtually any size or width, or any axle size. Their prices can't be beat and I believe these wheels are superior in quality to OEM wheels. Tom in RI

Don1977 605 #5 Posted April 18, 2010 I use to replace those plastic rollers a least one per year because they busted. The old solid rollers were great had two that just wore down the too small in dia. to get the job done. I replaced all my rollers with ones turned out of Dogwood with brass bushings installed. Two of them are 5 years old and you can't tell the difference from the ones made last year. The only other thing I did to them was to soak them in burnt motor oil for three or four days before installed them.
Lane Ranger 11,633 #6 Posted April 18, 2010 Don: I love the dogwood rollers! One of the reasons these tractors are loved is that your rollers show to what levels people will go to keep them running. A lot of ingenuity and care taken with your rolelrs! I really like them and thank you for sharing this idea! :omg:
