scifi4all 6 #1 Posted April 13, 2010 I was looking at an add on craigslist for a single stage snowthrower in my area. The response from owner stated that the numbers for it, on the manual, are #79263-6900001 & up, #99262-690001&up, and 9863222-T6R0001&up. The parts viewer lists this for a 260 series tractor. Which I believe is a vertical shaft engine. According to the parts blowout it would seem that the only difference between this and a snowthrower for a C-Series looks to be the mount that goes under the tractor. Am I wrong to make this assumption? He has it listed for $200.00. I would really like to try a tall chute compared to the original larger diameter chute. In fact I would really rather have a tall chute on my old thrower, due to the steel wheels vs. skids. I have to operate on various surfaces in the winter. Any thoughts(reasonable ) or advice would be appreciated. Thanks! :D
scifi4all 6 #2 Posted April 13, 2010 Sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I posted this! Could one of the mods relocate this to the Implements section. :omg:
