Front seal for pump part #

My front seal is leaking. It's a part # 7877. My toro supplier wants $29.00 for it. He said it's probably going to be a reboxed CR seal. Does anyone know the aftermarker seal # for CR, National ect. It's got to be a $5.00 seal. No one can cross the wh #. Thanks in advance , Tom Perry Ks.

i THINK this is it (didn't label the box but it's a .750 ID)....federal mogul 480821

anyone should be able to cross that #. it might have been $8 from the machine shop.

if you get some decent calipers, you can take the dimensions (ID, OD, depth) to the machine shop and they can look it up. that's what i do. i usually take the seal w/ me in case he can't find anything to match, he can check my measurements!
