engine polishing

does anybody have any tricks to polishing an aluminum head? how do you get inside all of the cooling fins, and what do you use to polish and keep clean?

I would think that a Dremel would have attachments small enough to work in betweem the fins. These are super cool tools.

i think my dremel might be to much of a task. the more i think about it, i think i'll just use my 4" grinder with a small wire wheel

I like to use fine glass bead, doesn't bring the head to a super polished look but gives it nice sheen.
