Ken B 3,189 #1 Posted April 9, 2010 After restoring the 702 this past fall and rebuilding its motor I promised myself, I would carefully work this tractor. True to my word, I have been. I don't have the space to allow me to watch my tractors collect dust, so they earn their keep. This past winter she pushed snow. This past week the 702 has been pushing wet heavy leaves that have accumulated over the yrs, its has pulled bushes out of the ground and just today it pushed and leveled 3 yrds. of top soil I just hauled home. Tomm. I'll haul 6 more yds, and the 702 will get it done. The top soil is heavy but if ya know how to work it she pushes it no problem. All second gear and barely half throttle. She hasn't even broke out in a sweat yet. I hope too take video tomm. Its been a busy week as I'm also working on the restore of the RJ 58. I haven't even had the time too take progmess pics. stevebo-(Moderator) 8,532 #14 Posted April 10, 2010 Ken, We must have been pushing topsoil at the same time as I had 4 of mine working. The loader to spread it, the 520 to grade with the back blade on the 3 point, the C175 to pull the roller and the 314-8 to pull the cart and spread the hay.
