mid mount grader blade

I recently got a model 7-1114 mid mount grader blade with the purchase of a 1973 Wheel Horse 10 8 speed but can't get it mounted. My problem is with the lift setup, the lift arm doesn't line up with anything on the tractor. I have the parts list and instructions and the lift link looks to be the right one but it is to far foward to connect to anything.

The instructions say to inster the large pin of the lift link through the end ofthe tractor upper lift arm. Sounds simple but I can't find what they are talking about.

Blade lift link attaches to bellcrank arm,it is above mower lift arm,that needs to be removed to install blade link,Rick

Mine came with a really short attachment bar, it mounts to the 3/8 hole below the deck lift pin. It looks home made, but it works well.

Got the grader on my 416-8 today and even got some time to play a little.
