Can you tell me about this plow?

I just picked this up. Tag says: 67-08PLC1-04655

My biggest question is what is this lift handle it came with? Is that even a WH item?

Well I guess I'll take a stab at this. That is a sleeve hitch plow. There appears to

be some modifications made to the depth adjuster. I don't see the parts to secure

the coulter disk to the plow frame. The cable part appears to be for a wheel

horse clevis hitch. This cable goes from the lift point to the swingy thingy under the

seat. The last part is unrelated to the plow. My guess is that was used to lift a

snowblower.
