pfrederi 18,696 #2 Posted March 24, 2010 Find out the Spec number of the motor. 24300 or higher would be a Series II. Should be good for at least 2000 hours. If it is a lower spec number it is a series one and I wouldn't drive very far nor pay very much for it. Series 1 had lubrication issues. Some lasted (used on flat ground and owner kept the oil level up....some didn't. Hilly ground not keeping full up maybe on its last legs.... I have series 1 with about 2000 hours but it was meticulously maintined kept over filled with oil and used on a flat property..... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
