D200 Pto

d200

I was wondering if anybody had a website I could check to get torque specs for the crankshaft/ pto bolt on my D200 with a 20 hp kohler. I would like to find a diagram to make sure I am assembling it properly. I recently had the pto disc relined and I think it maybe to thick now for proper adjustment. The new disc is about 3/16" thick. Also can anybody tell me if the pto engagement lever is suppose to rub on the intake manifold. I don't think that seems quite right even thought there is a plastic washer there. The po had disassembled the pto and I am not for sure if I reassembled it right. :D I really need to find a manual for this tractor. :omg:

Greetings D200, did you ever get the info you needed? I also have a D200 and just reassembled my PTO clutch. I found that I am missing a small spaced which mounts at the end of the crankshaft on the bolt which holds the whole thing on the shaft. Without the spacer the bolt goes in too far a and causes the clutch to be engaged all the time. Since I don't have the spacer I used several small washers and through trial and error I found the correct spacing. Now I have a small gap between the lining and the pulley.

Since you had yours relined it may be a bit thicker than the old lining. In that case just use an extra washer to give you the clearance needed. Just be sure the bolt is long enough. If not buy a new, longer bolt.

BTW, where did you get the new lining? I may have to do this sometime and it's nice to have that kind of info.

Hope that helps,

KT
