stevebo-(Moderator) 8,534 #5 Posted March 12, 2010 The old man is losing it !! I too fell victim to trying the usual... new coil, condenser cleaning and adjusting the points. Then I took a look and traced the wire from the coil back to a kill switch the po wired up. Now that dad has a running tractor maybe he will do a proper restoration See pic B)

Ken B 3,189 #13 Posted March 12, 2010 I can relate to this. Yrs. ago I had a custom van. I was under the dash of it for some reason or another, runnin speaker wires if my memory is correct. Well, when I was done with that and went too fire it up, zip, zero, nadda. I pulled my damn hair out tryin to figure what the frig. Wouldn't you know it, way up under the dash, was a hidden kill switch I musta bumped. Stuff happens. Glad too hear she is up and runnin for ya, thats what really matters.
