clintonnut 126 #1 Posted February 25, 2010 Hi, I got a gearbox thanks to defed's bro. It will be shipped soon. Anyway, I need a chute rotator rod and could make one with dimensions. It is the rod crank and extension with the hook on the end. If you have one to sell or dimensions help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Charlie
Rideawaysenior 25 #2 Posted February 25, 2010 Charlie, What tractor is this for? I might be able to get the measurements you need. Jack
clintonnut 126 #3 Posted February 25, 2010 Why it is for the D-250 of course! Charlie
Rideawaysenior 25 #4 Posted February 25, 2010 Charlie, On that machine I can not help. I do recall that all of the D series tractors were interchangable. I know that someone will be able to hook you up. Can I make a special request though? If you have the ability, can you post a vid of your D250 throwing some snow? I'll be that tractor can really throw it around. Jack
clintonnut 126 #5 Posted February 25, 2010 Sure thing! As soon as I get the blower together. I am excited enough about not even having the parts yet but I am sure it will only take me an hour to get it going. And the video will be operating from several different views including inside the cab. CAN'T WAIT! Charlie

defed 0 #8 Posted February 26, 2010 the crank rod is nearly identical to the one used on the regular D's. i can't remember what was different, i think i am using the one from the blower that my brother is sending you the parts from on my D-160. basically, there is a rod w/ a hook on the end, and then 2 sections of square tubing that fit inside one another (for adjusting length i presume), and a crank on the other end. if 420 doesn't get you the info, i can look at mine (i have one each from the D-250 and D-auto), but i won't be able to get to it until the wkend...EDIT: 420 posted the info while i was typing if i had known that you needed one, i could have sent one of them w/ the other parts.
