Let me give you this to think about:

"The value of a restored Wheel Horse tractor is entirely dependent upon the moods of the buyer and seller at the time of the transaction."

Worth is all in the eyes of the owner. I bought, what was there, of my Suburban 400 for $100.00, I am not finished, as of yet, and I have , in the neighborhood, of $1000.00 to $1400.00 invested. Which I could never get that much out of. Guess it all depends on how deep of a restore one wants to do.

You should be in very good shape price wise then, and good luck. Keep us posted.

There is a huge differene between a tracto thats been "restored" and one thats just been painted. IMO, a restored tractor has been dismantled down to nothing and anything thats out of spec gets replaced with OEM or equivalent parts. Thats why some of those eBay auctions bring big dollars.

Just my .o2.

The value of a Wheelhorse when restored or new is more than not higher than most buyers will give for them in this modern day and the wheelhorse is such a quality machine compared to todays standards,Rick B)

there isnt a thing in this world that has a value , till you find the buyer willing to spend the money to have it . then i suppose that was its value . B)

There are values for restored tractors..... you have to be realistic in your asking prices.
