Wheelbearing

Hey guys just got back tonight with this 42" mower deck from upstate Mass. I payed $100 for it. I think its work it since theres no holes in the frame and the spin free. I'll definatly redo it but my question is what is a close model # for this thing so i can get parts for it. Maybe new spindle housings bearings and the attaching wash down coupler.

You may have problems with the wide rear tires rubbing the wheels on the deck. I think you need a 48 inch deck ....I know it will looks perfect when you are done B)

Its a 42 with the tape. Well steve I can always restore it and trade up. And I did find a nickle size hole by the height adjustment but I can make that like new. Thanks for the info guys.

Yup Steves right 42 Won't fit on a 520-h because of the 10.5 wide tires.

So heres one I'm going to restore and sell or trade towards a 48"

In the 2004 300/400/500 sales brochure it shows the 42" Rear Discharge as available for the 520, but not a 42" Side Discharge. So I am assuming that you can trade your side for a rear in the 42" size and it should work.
