combatmp29r 27 #4 Posted March 4, 2008 Hmmm I'm seeing a trend in IN. Thats where I've found the most older verts too.
Nick 13 #5 Posted March 4, 2008 Nice backhoe loader setup. But think I would like to have that big shop more than anything. Greg, Maybe could stop at the riverboat Casino at rising sun and win the cash for the backhoe. Got the Grand Victoria or could go to the Argosy and Belterra. CasualObserver 3,406 #6 Posted March 4, 2008 All you can say is WOW to both the collection and the shop.
sorekiwi 761 #7 Posted March 4, 2008 TT and Kelly could probably both use a storage system like that....
TT-(Moderator) 1,128 #8 Posted March 4, 2008 I have the room upstairs...... I just can't carry the tractors up the steps. (No -- I can't drive them up! ) Looks to me like the guy with the "D" wanted everybody to see what he has. (which is also good for enticing a heist! )
pond195520032003 27 #9 Posted March 4, 2008 Nice backhoe loader setup. But think I would like to have that big shop more than anything. Greg, Maybe could stop at the riverboat Casino at rising sun and win the cash for the backhoe. Got the Grand Victoria or could go to the Argosy and Belterra. Nick, it sure would be nice to have that though i would pull the loader and hoe off and put them on my D-200 probably would keep the D-180 and put my blade on it or the tiller and sickle bar never been in a casino might be fun :P
chevelletown 37 #10 Posted March 4, 2008 I think he had the D on Ebay several months ago. I bid on it up to 5k and still came up short. I emailed him after the auction and he said it would take $7500 to buy it. Maybe thats how he got the roasters up on the shelf.

Somebody ought to donate a helmet to that fella. :P
CasualObserver 3,406 #12 Posted March 4, 2008 I sent him a question about and asked about seeing pictures of the rest of the collection, and complimented him on it. He was nice and replied that he's been collecting for over 30 years, and needs some space so time for some of them to move. Didn't send or mention any additional pictures though. Perhaps we'll start seeing some of those on the 'ol greedbay auction block.
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,345 #13 Posted March 4, 2008 I have the room upstairs...... I just can't carry the tractors up the steps. mad.gif (No -- I can't drive them up! It looks like it's time to install a heavy duty elevator lift. I am also envious of that collection. The thing is if they're up on shelves, you wouldn't get much pleasure out of them by actually driving and working them. My C-141 may never get decals nor a good paint job as I love driving and working it. :D

T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,345 #15 Posted March 5, 2008 Kevin, I would love to get it restored, but then I probably would be afraid to get it dirty. So I think I like it just the way it is.
