D-250 in the snow

Recommended Posts

Does the 250 take the same blower as the other D's?

That is a nice looking machine.

The D250 snowthrower only works on the D250. Definitaly different from other D series tractors.

This is Charlie, fellow 250 owner. My '76 D-250 didn't do too well. We had 22 inches and I did it all at once. I have 150lbs of weight, snow cab, blade and ag tires. No chains. A plow is useless if the snow is higher than it because it can't push it anywhere. I have a 48" blower that I am working on for the tractor.

I'm out of room now. I have 4ft snow piles on each side of the drive and I can't get enough momentum to push it any farther. I got half cleared today and I am wiped out. I need to get a 18ft trailer out of the other 1/2 of the drive so I can go to an auction on Saturday. B)

I am starting to get pissed off with all of this snow.

If you have a gearbox and mounts for a D-250 snowblower :clap::hbd:B)B) !!!! I need to get my blower going, it is my only alternative.

Charlie
