The pulley on my snowblower ha a straight key not a woodruff, the shaft is 3/4 on my blower. The key for the chain sprocket has a woodruff key. Hope this helps.

Mine has a "half moon" shape cut into the shaft, I assumed it was a woodruff key in there by the shape.

A couple weeks ago, someone on here mentioned a replacement pulley that they used on a WH blower. The pulley was from Surplus Center (www.SurplusCenter.com), iem 1-BK62-D. It is 5.95 inch O.D., 7/8 inch bore, with keyway and one set screw, cast iron.

My 36 inch WH blower uses this similiar size and type, also.

My keyway is a slot in the shaft, not a Woodward type.

I found a pulley with a 6" o.d. and a 3/4" i.d. made of casy iron. I don't have a price on it yet, just wanted to know if it would work. I think it is machined for a 3/16 key. Oh and the model # is 6-0100-6 i think. I've looked it up on parts tree but it doesn't list that model #. That's whats on the id tag.

I just went to the garage and checked the tag on it again. The model# 6 0100 6 and the serial # is 771493 . I have the manual that the PO gave me but it is for a model 6-7211. I looked it over and that model goes on a machine with a vertical shaft engine. It is a 32" blower I just don't know why the model number don't check out. I looked at a couple of the numbers you posted WH854, the 6-2211 looked like it. Where did the tag on the blower I have come from I wonder?

this information is

from the attachments and interchangeability list for wheel horse the 6-0100 is a 1971 model that was supersedes to 6-0200 . the 6-0100 is the model number for the basic unit only and not for any hook up to the tractor .
