joel_400 59 #1 Posted January 17, 2010 Im working on installing a front end loader off of a gilson onto my d160. I was wondering if anyone had any good pics of the undercarriage bracket that Wheel Horse used to put a loader on the d series. Just wondering how it mounts up and what it entails as I will probably have to build mine special for the loader I'm using. Thought about using the attachamatic brackets in the front and mounting to the rear axle with another bracket. I'd like to make it easy to remove in case I decide to mow or do anything else with the tractor. Any pics or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance JOel

joel_400 59 #4 Posted January 18, 2010 Thanks for the pics! they are great! Gives me some good ideas and gets the ball rolling... I was thinking since my loader isn't a genuine wheel horse piece of building a bracket that goes all the way from front to rear of the tractor and hooks too the attachamatic brackets for the mule drive and deck, then making a bracket in the rear to attach at the back of the tractor somewhere. Would the attachamatic brackets be up to the task of holding all that wieght in the front? Or should I look into attaching it with bolt on brackets?
