Ken B 3,189 #1 Posted January 10, 2010 I picked this tractor up 10 minutes from my house yesterday. A big thanks goes to Stevebo for the loaning of his trailer! Its a 1969 Work Horse 700. The original motor is long gone, I got the motor currently on the tractor running very nicely but I have another Kohler 7hp I rebuilt that I'd rather run on the tractor. I'm not too sure what I'll do with this tractor but the price was too good to pass it up. I ran the tractor around the yard for a little bit, the motor runs really nice and the tractor is tight. I really like the bite of the original snow tires, but I'm not a big fan of the sound and vibration of the Tecumseh.

stevebo-(Moderator) 8,527 #8 Posted January 11, 2010 Ken, Next time it would be okay if you forgot to unload the tractor at your house when you returned the trailer. Nice haul.

Kelly 1,033 #10 Posted January 13, 2010 Did you get the blower with it? it still has the idler pulley mounted on it, it looks to be in nice shape, but like I've said before most tucky powered tractors are because they didn't run half the time
Ken B 3,189 #11 Posted January 13, 2010 I did get the thrower with it but I gave it to Wheel Horse Chris as I have no use for it.
Kelly 1,033 #12 Posted January 13, 2010 you might want to give him the pulley mounted on the frame they are not real easy to find.
