FrankinWNY 12 #1 Posted January 8, 2010  Hey guys, finally got snow this week at the Miami of the north, i.e. Grand Island NY north of Buffalo.....lol My C-160 Auto with the HH160 OHV motor swap, tall chute snow thrower and cab work great. The 25x10x12 ATV tires, front and rear wheel weights all fit the bill. This machine does the "Beach House" restaurant parking lots and several of the neighbors driveways as well as my own. Can't say enough about the cab, actually gets kinda warm from the motor and not having to fight the wind is awesome. sscotsman 186 #7 Posted January 8, 2010 Frank, nice looking rig! being on Grand Island, you are probably just "upwind" of most of the Lake Effect snow, and miss most of it? Out here in Rochester, we are in one those "enough already!" Lake Effect patterns.. we have had 1 to 4 inches every day for over a week now.. I let it pile up for two or three days, up to 6" or so, then break out the snowblower.. im debating if I should go out right now, or just wait until tomorrow afternoon.. probably about 4" fell while I was at work today..(and more tonight and tomorrow..) scifi4all 6 #8 Posted January 9, 2010 Frank, Nice setup! Gotta love having a cab, if just to get out of the wind. I need to get some front wheel weights for my tractor. I was sliding all over the place while blowing the slush near the road on a slope. I keep dreamin that I will someday get a 70's C-160.

Craig Arndt 6 #15 Posted January 12, 2010 Hi Frank, nice rig, the cab is a great thing to have in our area. Bought an old blower from you last year in 2008 and you gave me a nice tour of all your tractors. I sold that blower for a tall chute single stage this year, they really move the snow.
