jusjeepn 59 #1 Posted December 28, 2009 Carl has 50 deg weather and we have 6" of snow! Don't worry buddy, it's coming! In case you haven't guessed yet, I got some seat time on the 520 tonight. It snowed all day here and I didn't even have a tractor ready to push with! I had started putting the blade on Christmas eve but was unable to finish. I put the 60" on tonight about 9:00 and proceeded to have a little fun. Sorry no pics tonight, momma is at work. I had forgotten how much fun this 60" blade is and how much faster it takes care of business. I finished the drive with just 3 passes but did 2 more for good measure. I was having so much fun I took it out on the road and opened up about a 1/4 mile. 4 passes and the road was clear. I'm holding a blade for a D series for a member here and I may give it a whirl later on. The added height of the blade could be very beneficial! Lots of new faces on here so I'm adding a pic of the "beast" Here's the thread on the build!

Gene_S 93 #3 Posted January 2, 2010 Pat, That blade looks really cool. I've been wanting to take two blades and make a "V" plow for my 10-8 (AKA 73 Raider 10). The guy you got all them motors from in Peru has several old blades that would fit the bill for the build. Great job as always!!! Gene
