snowblower question

I have a question as to if my snowblower from my 550 will mount up to my 753 or if it is too small.

Assuming your 550 has the "correct" snow thrower attachment designed for that machine, an ST-302 / 30" Snow Thrower, and the 753 used a ST-3072 30" Snow Thrower, I would have to say there were a few part differences between the two.
