Santa 181 #1 Posted December 15, 2009 Okay, guys. I'm a little late this year, but I'd been busy with some other chores. But, there is still time to place your Christmas wishes here. So, it's time for you slugs to let me know what you want for Christmas this year. Keep in mind, anything over 75 lbs will be drop shipped from the depot, and must be delivered to a business. I got tired of stuffing cast iron wheel weights down chimneys last year. Tractors are on a first come, first serve basis this year. I did hear one of the elves saying there may be a '63 753 or two hanging around, and a C-160 with dual turfs and a FEL. We've also been working on a D-250 with w 2-53 detroit in it. Ohhhh the things the elves can come up with........

Save Old Iron 1,571 #6 Posted December 15, 2009 Save Old Iron has been very nice this year. No special gifts are needed, the friendship and advice I received all year long from all the great folks on Red Square is enough. Please leave a special something extra to all those members who helped bust my nuts throughout the year. p.s I could use new batteries for my shaver.

Sarge 3,465 #9 Posted December 16, 2009 Don't want anything for myself, really .... But, I have another brother-in-law (sigh) that needs his own tractor, preferrably at least a 14hp w/48" deck and in decent shape. Maybe a 14-16 Auto or C-series . Prefer the early versions of everything, seems they got them the most right and were the least complicated. P.S. - A FEL for my own C-160 would really make my decade... htopjimmy26 3 #10 Posted December 16, 2009 Hi Santa, I also have been very good and have done my very best to help all my friends fix their little tractors. I have a request only you can supply I would like a new fender pan and rear P.T.O [power take off] kit for my C195. Only your magic Elves could come up with this stuff. Thanks, Dana
Santa 181 #11 Posted December 16, 2009 It's the busy time of year for me - checking the list and then checking it twice. Hmm, I see my list indicates that some of you haven't been as nice as you claimed. I might have to down size those wishes, but I'll see what I can do. I did peeked into the elves' work shop and I thought I saw a Lever Steer and a RJ in the works. My head elf, Louie, did mentioned something about something really special, but he's been sort of secretive about it. I can't imagine what it is, but it's got to be something for it to top a Lever Steer or that D-250. Well, gotta run - I hear Mrs. Claus telling me to get back to work. I'll check in later. Santa 181 #21 Posted December 16, 2009 Guys, you're all too easy. The JD guys have been more than happy to let me know what they want. You guys are going to be harder to please, I'm afraid. Yeah, yeah, you say you want nothing, but I don't know how many times I hear that and they get what they SAY they want, only to hear them complain when they do get nothing. So come on, guys, let me hear what you REALLY want. And for Max, I pray that I can fulfill his wish, with your guys' help. Stephen, I hate to admit it, but sometimes the Horses need help to clear the runway when I take off. Luckily we only need a smooth, snowy, icy surface....we don't have to take the runway down to the asphalt. But, I have been meaning to ask you about resurfacing the runway. We do get a few potholes here in the NP. I got to go now, I'm off to check the naughty list.....I found a few of you on that list already.
whfan74 2,071 #22 Posted December 16, 2009 Honestly Santa there isn't anything I need. I have an honest, loving, and understanding wife. I have two healthy young kids. I am blessed with a job and have friends here that I thoroughly enjoy. For me it isn't about what I get anymore it is what I can give back. I hope we are able to help a young man (Maxx) have an amazing Christmas. I still believe in miracles and will continue to do so. Merry Christmas Red Square.......you are one great group of people! :notworthy:
nylyon-(Admin) 7,880 #23 Posted December 16, 2009 Santa, Boy am I glad you're here this year. It seems as though this year we need you more than ever. No, not me, I haven't been very good, but there are others who deserve something special this year. First, all our service men and women who won't be seeing their families, please send them something from home to remind them, and to thank them. Second, as mentioned, there is a little boy named Max who deserves something special, please don't forget his sister either, she's been very good this year as well. Third, all the moderators at Red Square who dedicate so much of their time to keep things running so nicely, please give them something special and my sincere Thank You. And finally, to all the members of Red Square, I hope you find exactly what they need, nothing green or yellow mind ya, but something nice and RED Merry Christmas Santa, and thank you too for all you do! stevasaurus 23,276 #24 Posted December 16, 2009 I would like to mirror what Karl said. I also see that nobody said it... And as far as wanting something...there is only one thing... Happy Holidays Redsquare :notworthy:
Santa 181 #25 Posted December 16, 2009 I'm sorry, but pictures aren't allowed on the North Pole, especially in Santa's workshop. Very top secret, proprietary type work goes on there. Our SS (Santa's Security) are hand chosen by myself and Louie, the top elf. The President of the USA usually takes our wash-outs, as they have lower standards than we do. I may be able to take some of the White (snow) house for you, but no outside shots as we don't want any spies trying to track down our location.
