Rear tire sizes will these fit stock WH ??

Guys, I have an opportunity to buy the following:

carlisle 24 12 12 the rims are from a craftsman garden tractor.

Will they fit a 300,400 or 500 ?? Is the offset on these correct too??

My neighbor has a craftsman that has that size tires but his rims would not fit a 300 series because of the gas tank, they might fit a tractor that the tank is mounted under the hood.

The rims on just about every other brand of tractor do not fit the newer WheelHorses well, they have too much offset and the tires will contact the fender support.

but on wheels of the correct offset, those tires will be nice!!!
