Prater 76 #1 Posted December 10, 2009 Dad and I took a little trip to pick up a 314-8 Wheelhorse Classic. Its missing the motor and seat but its pretty much complete with deck. We removed the mule drive to use the winch to pull her on the trailer. And once again this one is hidden from the wife...

Prater 76 #5 Posted December 10, 2009 Yes Terry, As shop is a high priority, Dad was thinking about building it up with the extra 14 HP motor we have but I dont know. With al the electronics on it we may just part some of it out. I was hoping for a recycler deck but that did not happen, at least it has the wide rear rims that I want for my 416. Dad has another truck driver that knows where one is sitting. As soon as we get this one taken care of theres already another one waiting to be found. dkopp 1 #6 Posted December 10, 2009 At this instant in time its a 314 - 0 Wouldn't that be a 3xx-8 instead?
Kelly 1,033 #7 Posted December 10, 2009 Those rear wheels look like standard rims 7.5" you can wire it with out all the factory wiring, it's pretty easy.

Prater 76 #10 Posted December 10, 2009 Kelly, the rear rims measured 8.5 wide. It had 23x9.5-12 tires and an 8 pinion rear end. The tires are junk all the way around, but I have a stack of replacements...I am thinking about putting that comfort steering wheel on my 416 also.
