stop knob on blade lift

Recommended Posts

Is there supposed to be some kind of friction on knob, (controls stop-distance when letting blade down.) My knob keeps backing out from vibration. I dont want to loose the hook part it screws to.

There is a rubber nipple that that goes over the threads of the height control. That will stop the knod from backing all of the way out. I order them through my Toro dealer.

I hope that helps.

I use a commode bushing like seals the water connection under the tank. It fits tight over bolt and you can screw it down to the adjustment knob to keep it at one place.

Works great! Here are a couple of pictures.

This is what it's supposed to be used on.
