Raider12puller 1 #1 Posted December 7, 2009 Was wondering if anyone has snowblowed with a c-81 or compariable hp tractor before with and 8spd. Just thought a good snow would bog the motor down to much to blow snow with a single stage. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
pfrederi 18,644 #2 Posted December 7, 2009 I used the C-81 with a blower. it worked but it was in low range most the time and that engine was snorting hard. I took the side wings off the blower. After that year I got more tractors with more HP. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I pushed snow for years with a Charger V8, short frame 42" plow and rear tire chains. If you're looking for something to use when there isn't a lot of snow, I would suggest doing that.
